How We Help

We provide compassionate, structured support for men facing mental health challenges. Through NDIS funding, nature-based wellness programs, and early intervention networks, we help men build resilience and connection.

NDIS Support

NDIS provides funding so people with disability can get the supports they need to live more independently, participate in the community, and achieve their personal goals. In practical terms, it helps people with disability access essential services, therapies, and supports that empower them to lead fulfilling lives. Our team works alongside participants to navigate the NDIS and connect them with the right supports for their unique needs.

Wellness Within Nature

The idea of Wellness Within Nature is based on a simple observation: many men find it easier to talk, connect and heal when they are doing something together rather than sitting in a clinical office. When isolation grows, so does risk. Our Wingmen program brings men together through outdoor activities, shared experiences, and peer support in natural settings. Whether it's hiking, camping, or simply walking together, we create spaces where men can open up without pressure.

Help2UNow and Wingman Early Intervention Network

The Wingman program is community-based first responders early intervention support program of personnel who assist individuals experiencing significant personal distress before circumstances escalate to emergency thresholds, or after crisis line or clinical contact alone is not sufficient. Wingmen provide early intervention and psychosocial support network that strengthens the existing wellbeing system through structured, human-first engagement and coordinated referral pathways.
